Husband- Wife Gift

DS reached out to make a piece for his wife who is Indian. He shared that “In India, marigolds are used in wedding garlands and are generally thought to be auspicious which is why I requested them. They’re sometimes used in block-print style patterns as well which can look cool”.

Husband- Wife Gift

DH reached out asking (and trusting me!) to create a piece using flowers her husband pressed from their wedding 12 years ago. She was interested in incorporating her families birth flowers: kids- March (Daffodils), December (Narcissus) and parents- April (Daisy), and May (Lily of the valley). I used the wedding flowers as a center piece, the family grows around.
